1. Who we are
Got Em’ Soles is an independent resale business selling pre-owned and deadstock sneakers and streetwear. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official retailer of Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, New Balance, or any other brand referenced on this site. Brand names are used only to accurately describe the products for sale.
2. Product descriptions and authenticity
We describe each item’s condition and, where applicable, our verification process, to the best of our ability. If you believe an item is not as described, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare case an item sells out or is priced in error before your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is handed to the carrier; we’re happy to help with a claim if something goes missing in transit.
